Can’t connect to WiFi
This is usually incorrect WiFi credentials entered.
You will need to reset these on the Smug Bug by swiping down to access the menu, tapping the ‘Reset WiFi’ button, and confirming.
On the app, go into settings for your property, then under the ‘Local Smug Bug’ heading, click ‘Re-provision Smug Bug’. This will take you to the WiFi set-up page.
Note that Smug Bugs (like most internet-of-things devices) connect to 2.4GHz networks. Some home routers have both 5GHz and 2.4GHz channels. You won’t be able to connect to a 5GHz network.
